As employees, we actively work to represent VICO Indonesia as a company that is respected for both responsible business conduct and as a good corporate citizen. It means that each of us must act in accordance with the laws, internal rules and regulations for business conduct, and actively contribute to a culture of transparency, personal accountability and responsible decision-making.
These principles are not only applied within VICO Indonesia: we must also support and encourage our suppliers and other stakeholders to adopt a similarly high standard of ethical behaviour.
 
VICO Indonesia takes seriously the conduct of its employees and requires questionable conduct to be reported. This may include, for example, violations of company policy or of the VICO Indonesia Code of Conduct. We also noted each employee's personal responsibility to enhance stockholder value and the responsibility of leaders to set an example and "live by the code."
