If you believe that someone associated with VICO Indonesia, including employee, supplier, contractor or customer, has performed an unethical behavior that could breach of our policies or procedures, you are encouraged to speak the concerns regarding:
- Dishonesty;
- Breaches of ethical behavior;
- Business integrity related risk;
- Human resources issues;
- Workplace misconduct;
- Legal and regulatory issues;
- Vendor fraud;
- Environmental, health and safety issues;
- Or other violations
VICO Indonesia will take all reasonable steps to respond appropriately, promptly and consistently to violations of this Code and prevent further situations.
Speak-Up Ethics Line is an independent and confidential line. It is staffed by an outside vendor. You can follow up on the status of your report or question by using a confidential identification number that will be assigned to each caller or inquiry made online.
Concerns can also be communicated through email or by sending a letter to Corporate Audit and Business Ethics Department.
In all instances, confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible. You may report anonymously if you desire.
